NTL's bylaws
NTL's bylaws are determined by the national congress and regulate the union's internal organization and decision-making process, as well as matters related to membership and positions of trust. In addition, the bylaws contain a set of standard bylaws for NTL's organizational units, which serve as a template for the organizational units' bylaws and apply where the organizational unit has not adopted adaptations.
