At the 2022 national convention, a new § 25 was adopted in the statutes regarding whistleblowing: NTL shall have a central whistleblowing committee.
What does the central whistleblowing committee do?
The Central Executive Committee appoints the whistleblowing committee for the duration of the congress period and provides guidelines for its work.
The whistleblowing committee shall ensure that censurable conditions are handled in accordance with the guidelines. If a report has been processed by a subordinate level and one of the parties believes that the guidelines have not been followed, the report may be appealed to NTL's central whistleblowing committee. The same applies if a subordinate unit fails to process the report. The central whistleblowing committee may bring cases before the National Executive Committee in accordance with the provisions of the statutes regarding suspension, exclusion, or expulsion.
Handling of reports of harassment
All reports of sexual harassment or other harassment must be submitted to and handled by NTL's central whistleblowing committee.

Whistleblowing strengthens the organization
NTL believes that whistleblowing is beneficial for both the organization and society. Whistleblowing allows for censurable conditions to be corrected. Members and elected representatives who are willing to blow the whistle are important to the organization, and NTL supports and protects those who uncover and address censurable conditions.
Who can blow the whistle?
Since some may have a high threshold for reporting violations that affect them personally, it is important that others, not just those who are personally affected, speak up and report if they see or discover censurable conditions.
