Stance in political issues

NTL is a committed trade union that works for income security, fair working conditions, and sustainable social development. Our policy is based on community, solidarity, democracy, and welfare. These principles characterize everything we do, from concrete consultation responses to strategic advocacy work.
 
The principles and action program is adopted by the national congress every four years and establishes NTL's positions, while the annual strategic plan selects priority areas and working methods.

Input for policy development

NTL submits consultation responses and input to the national budget to influence political decisions through recognized channels.
