NTL Ung wants a society with freedom and equal opportunities for all. This requires a solidary and active redistribution policy that counteracts social and economic differences. A progressive tax policy, collective wage formation, a well-developed welfare state, international cooperation, and a strong public sector are crucial to achieving this.
Everyone has the right to a dignified, safe, and meaningful life. Increased use of hiring-in and other temporary and precarious forms of employment, individualization, and demands for efficiency place employees under increasing pressure. NTL Ung recognizes that problems affecting individuals require collective solutions.
NTL Ung shall specifically focus on professional and political issues of particular importance to young employees, apprentices, and students. Young people must be given the opportunity to work in permanent, full-time positions because temporariness creates insecurity and weakens employees' rights in working life.
It is an overarching goal for NTL Ung that everyone in society shall be ensured financial independence and that we shall have a working life that accommodates everyone with the ability to work. We must work for a predictable and stable welfare provision for all.
The platform is divided into three main chapters:

Together with the platform, an action plan and a number of statements have also been adopted:
