NTL has members at museums, voluntary organizations, student welfare organizations and folk high schools organized under Virke.
Virke organizes companies in the private sector. NTL has members in businesses affiliated with the so-called Health, Education, and Culture (HUK) section of Virke. The HUK section includes, among others, folk high schools, voluntary organizations, and museums.
In addition, NTL has members covered by the National Collective Agreement for Student Welfare Organizations between NTL and Virke.
