Every year, NTL adopts a strategic plan that the entire organization is to implement in order to prioritize between tasks. In the plan, you will find measures and activities that will contribute to strengthening NTL.
NTL's principles and action program, national convention statements, and statutes form the basis for all work carried out by central and local organizational units. The strategic plan represents the National Executive Committee's priorities for the entire organization. National associations, local branches, and departments must additionally adhere to decisions made by their own bodies, such as annual meetings and representative assemblies.
By closely linking local and central activity in a common strategy, we will be able to be clear and achieve our goals. Prioritizing certain issues is difficult, but important. The priorities, strategies, and goals should be relevant to the entire organization and serve as an aid in daily work. They should point the way and increase awareness of the measures and activities we carry out in the NTL community.
